1. What is the main advantage of staying in a serviced apartment rather than in a hotel?
Serviced apartments have all the qualities of a hotel but add extra functionality and freedom. In most apartments you can expect to find a living area (with a sofa, dining table, television), a kitchen (with n oven, dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils), double bedroom/s, bathroom, hallway.
2. Can I do my own cooking in the apartment?
Yes. Each apartment is fitted with a kitchen area, which may includes cooking utensils, electric hobs, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, sink, kettle, some have a dishwasher.
3. How do I check-in on arrival?
Most of the apartments we list have a reception area or concierge service. When you arrive, simply go to front desk and a member of staff will help you with checking in.
4. What is the minimum length of stay?
This depends on the which apartment you’re looking to book. Guests booking online usually stay between 1-7 nights but if you would like to stay longer, just give us a call and we will arrange this for you.
5. Can I extend my stay after arrival?
Yes, or course you can. As long as there is availability then you can add on to your stay. Just ask a member of staff at the reception.
6. Do I need to pre-book?
You can book on arrival but we strongly recommend booking beforehand. Not only is this likely to be cheaper but it will also guarantee availability for your stay because Manchester apartments can fill up very quickly!
What type of facilities are available in a serviced apartment?

Is there a maid service?
Apartments are cleaned and serviced daily. If you do not want to be disturbed then just leave the ‘Do not disturb’ hanging on the door handle or let reception know in advance.
